Curly Girl Chronicles: Month #3

So a few days ago (April 2) I missed my 3-month mark since my big chop. Time is flying and my hair has really grown. I just started wearing my hair out in public last week and I was really nervous and iffy on it because I'm still getting used to the texture and figuring out what I can do with it, but my sister gave me reassurance and that really helped me come out of my shell and made me say, 'Forget this, I'm wearing my hair out!" so I did, and I'm loving it so far. It's so easy to manage, but I'm sure that will change once it gets longer. The only problem I have is this one area in the top left section where it looks like I combed it out or it's frizzy or something so it doesn't curl up with the rest of the hair. Dah welp! That's just a matter of playing around with products to get the curl definition I want. Anyway, here's an instagram photo I took the other day rockin' my puff on the way to work!
